Hello From Spain (Canary Islands)

Good afternoon from Tenerife, Spain. I am here for the week cycling and working. It was not easy to get here but it is worth it now that we are set up and have a few hard rides under our belts.

Here is my desk for the week…and I just did our ‘Trends With Friends’ podcast from here as well…

It really is a great island for cycling with incredible climbs and descents.

I am here with my same group of pals that has been doing this for years…

From left to right it is our adventure guide Fillipo , Mike Morell, Ali Benham, Sam Wholley and Mike Dean.

Together we have done at least one hundred tough mountain passes around Europe and gorged on great food and wine and laughed our asses off nonstop. We are from the Hogan’s Heroes and All in The Family generation so we would be cancelled within five minutes of any inadvertent taping of our conversations.

We also love investing, technology, starting companies and talking strategy.

I have no idea why Mike Dean is wearing his reading glasses for a photo which makes us all seem way older than we are, but we will just leave it here and be mean to him about this forever.
