STOCKTWITS CHART ART: APRIL 01, 2025
The Stocktwits Summary 📝
The major indexes pulled an April Fools joke on investors looking for stability after ending he worst quarter since 2022. Stocks started low and battled back to close a volatile session in the green.
Investors have President Trump’s “liberation day” tariff announcements to look forward to tomorrow, scheduled right as the market closes. Some sources within the administration have told news outlets the big man is expected to announce 20% across-the-board reciprocal tariffs. Despite the uncertainty, Stocktwits sentiment remains bullish for three of the four major indexes. 🤔
P.S. let’s give a warm welcome to our new Senior Writer, Kevin Travers, who joined Stocktwits today! Make sure to follow him on Stocktwits as well. 🥳
