Top Dawg Of The Week 🐶

The Top 25 list’s Top Dawg was Eagle Pharmaceuticals, which rallied 114.77%. 📈

The nano-cap biotech company entered into a $69 million royalty purchase agreement with Blue Owl Capital to sell its royalty interest in BENDEKA U.S. sales.

The immediate capital infusion will be used to repay its Credit Agreement fully ($27.5 million in term loan and $25 million in revolving credit facility). The remaining funds will support general corporate purposes and ongoing R&D programs.
