Waymo’s Next Destination

Good morning everyone. Just a brief update today.

Waymo continues to crush it.

This morning, the autonomous ride-hailing service announced its expansion into Washington D.C. in 2026.

Waymo currently provides more than 200,000 fully autonomous paid trips each week between – San Francisco, Phoenix, Los Angeles and Austin.

Later this year, the company will initiate operations in Atlanta and Miami with D.C. to follow in 2026. Waymo’s wish is to enter 3 – 4 new cities annually from 2026 to 2030.

If it’s not yet obvious – these guys are crushing it and they’re just getting started.
