Perpetuals’s ($PDC) No-Loss Trading Platform Surpasses 100,000 Users

Today, Perpetuals (Nasdaq: PDC) announced that UpsideOnly, its risk-free trading and market prediction platform, has seen a surge in new user sign-ups, surpassing the important milestone of 100,000 traders within weeks of its launch on May 19.

UpsideOnly lets users predict where global equity, commodity, forex, and crypto markets are heading without ever placing a real trade themselves. Perpetuals uses its own capital to trade on the strongest signals identified by its proprietary AI. If those trades win, Perpetuals shares the profits with the users who helped generate the signal. If the trade doesn’t make money, users lose nothing.

Reaching 100,000 users so quickly after launch reflects the enormous demand for a platform that flips the traditional retail trading model on its head, with early platform data showing strong engagement across asset classes, geographies, and user activity.

Apple just secretly added Starlink satellite support to iPhones through iOS 18.3.

One of the biggest potential winners? Mode Mobile.

Mode’s EarnPhone already reaches 490M+ users that have earned over $1B, and that’s before global satellite coverage. With SpaceX eliminating “dead zones,” Mode’s earning technology can now reach billions more in unbanked and rural populations worldwide.

Their global expansion is perfectly timed, and investors like you still have a chance to invest in their pre-IPO offering at $0.52/share.

With their recent 32,481% revenue growth and newly reserved Nasdaq ticker, Mode is one step closer to a potential IPO.

Tap into a $1T opportunity — invest now at just $0.52/share and get up to 20% bonus.

Please read the offering circular and related risks at invest.modemobile.com. This is a paid advertisement for Mode Mobile’s Regulation A+ Offering.

Mode Mobile recently received their ticker reservation with Nasdaq ($MODE), indicating an intent to IPO in the next 24 months. An intent to IPO is no guarantee that an actual IPO will occur.

The Deloitte rankings are based on submitted applications and public company database research, with winners selected based on their fiscal-year revenue growth percentage over a three-year period.

Mid-Cap / Micro-Cap Top Movers of the Week 🐶

📈 Momentum Movers

This week’s board mixed split-adjustment smoke, oil torque, biotech binaries, and two earnings tests.

$SYRE ( ▲ 2.14% )  : Spyre Therapeutics, this week’s top dawg from #17 to #15: Shares gained +1.9% and are up +212% YTD as traders position for Phase 2 SPY003 and SPY072 data expected during the third quarter. Risk: Both clinical readouts are binary and can quickly erase the year’s biotech premium.

$FFAI ( ▼ 39.66% )  : Faraday Future, new at #1 from off-list: Ignore the +536% YTD headline. The EV and robotics company completed a 1-for-150 reverse split Friday while shares lost -68% for the week. Risk: An Aug. 12 shareholder meeting seeks approval to issue stock for convertible notes, reopening the dilution problem.

$KOS ( ▼ 4.02% )  : Kosmos Energy, new at #19 from off-list: Shares jumped +17% as oil surged and a new Ghana well added roughly 20,000 barrels per day of gross production. Its Stocktwits room is 65% bullish. Risk: Aug. 3 earnings must show higher crude prices attacking the company’s $2.8B net debt.

$PENG ( ▼ 7.81% )  : Penguin Solutions, fell from #16 to #25: The AI infrastructure supplier dropped -11% as Friday’s spending backlash hit hardware alongside neoclouds. That interrupted a rally built on record quarterly sales of $479M. Risk: After a +175% YTD run, slowing AI hardware orders would hit the multiple quickly.

$ICHR ( ▼ 7.95% )  : Ichor Holdings, climbed from #5 to #4: The semiconductor-equipment supplier gained +4.4% ahead of its Aug. 3 earnings report. Risk: Lam Research and Applied Materials generated 76% of 2025 sales, leaving the quarter tied to two customers’ spending plans.

Next week’s swing factor: Aug. 3 earnings from Kosmos before the U.K. open and Ichor after the U.S. close.
