STOCKTWITS
Over 25k Stocktwits Users Voted In This Poll 🤯
Honestly, I was kind of surprised when I saw the results. 🤯
A few of you fiddled around with some small positions and the price action, and a good chunk was full-degen mode in-it-to-win-it.
The other half pulled a Nancy Reagan with a resounding Just Say, No! 🚭️

SOLANA
Ouch 🤕
If you spent any time on Stocktwits or X over the weekend, you probably saw people making a large number of complaints about Solana – the blockchain $TRUMP was launched on – and some of the DEXs. 🚀
Data from Dune Analytics (sourced via 21.co, the parent company of 21Shares), and the numbers don’t exactly paint a pretty picture.
Transaction Fails, Everywhere 😱
-
40% of all Solana transactions bite the dust. Yes, nearly half fail outright. And that’s a major improvement over the 60+% that SOL users had to contend with for a good chunk of 2024.
-
Of the “successful” 60%, a whopping 80% are tied to governance votes, not regular trades or transfers.
-
That leaves just 12% of total transactions (aka 20% of the 60%) actually doing what normal humans want to do—send tokens or swap.
-
By the time you do the math, if you try 100 transactions, you can expect 90 to vaporize. High-speed, low-cost… but mostly failing.
Solana’s top DEXs, Raydium and Jupiter, were failing users left and right, too. 💔
Low Gas, High Frustration 😡
-
The network puts governance actions first—voting, proposals, and bureaucratic stuff.
-
When congestion hits, governance transactions get ushered to the front. User transactions? Kinda left to fend for themselves.
-
Solana flaunts bargain-basement fees.
-
The real secret sauce? They just mark transactions that can’t fit as “failed” and keep rolling.
-
That means you pay less—until you realize you paid for a transaction that never happened in the first place. 🤦
