Stocks closed with authority. Every major index marched higher. The Nasdaq Composite, Russell 2000 and S&P 500 surged more than +2.30%.
Every sector settled positive. Technology advanced +3.73%. Industrials, health care, consumer discretionary, and energy gained more than +2.15%.
New 52-Week Lows led New Highs — 39 vs. 33.

Upwork ($UPWK) is the Worst of the Worst. The online freelance marketplace fell -10.42% following its Q2 earnings report.
$UPWK closed at its lowest price since July 2023.
